1. Feeding Stage
Sheet materials are loaded onto the roller conveyor.
The conveyor moves the workpiece into the flipping zone.
Motor-driven conveyors ensure stable, vibration-free transport.
 
2. Positioning & Clamping
Sensors or switches detect when the workpiece arrives.
A pneumatic clamping arm or beam holds the workpiece during flipping.
Clamping at 0.4–0.6 MPa keeps the workpiece secure.
 
3. Flipping Action
A pneumatic or mechanical mechanism flips the workpiece.
The mechanism rotates the workpiece 180°, or to 90° or 270° if needed.
The flipped workpiece exposes the other face for sanding, coating, or veneering.
 
4. Reset & Release
The mechanism returns to the start position.
Clamping arms release the workpiece.
The workpiece moves via rollers to the next station.
 
5. Cycle and Automation Integration
The process may be fully automated, including feeding, positioning, flipping, and unloading.
The FB205 connects to production lines and works with sanders, gluers, and presses for unmanned operation.
