What Is a Modular Combined Profile Sander?

  • A modular combined profile sander is an automatic woodworking machine that combines different sanding units according to the shape of the workpiece and the positions that require sanding.
  • Unlike a machine with one fixed sanding structure, the SW1300-PCC can use different E, C and P unit arrangements to provide suitable abrasive contact directions for flat areas, straight profiles, grooves, edges and compatible contoured surfaces.

Note:The machine is designed to follow compatible surface profiles and reduce repetitive manual sanding. It is not intended to calibrate panel thickness in the same way as a wide-belt calibrating sander.
