  1. Raw Material Detection and Identification
  • Sensor Scanning: The raw material (such as wood boards or lumber) is placed in a designated area, and sensors (like laser or vision sensors) scan the wood’s dimensions, shape, and position.
  • Data Processing: The sensor data is sent to the control system, which processes the information to determine the wood’s exact location and grasping points.

  • Path Planning: The control system calculates the optimal movement path for the robotic arm based on the sensor data, ensuring efficient and safe grasping.
  • Arm Movement: Servo motors drive the robotic arm along the calculated path to the wood’swood’s location.
  • Grasping Operation: The robotic arm’s end effector (such as a gripper or suction cup) is positioned over the wood, and the gripper adjusts automatically to secure the wood based on its type and shape.
  1. Transport and Placement
  • Position Correction: After grasping the wood, the arm performs position correction under sensor monitoring to ensure stability during transport.
  • Placement Operation: The robotic arm transports the wood to a designated processing machine or conveyor belt, and sensors ensure precise positioning during placement.
  • Return to Initial Position: After placing the wood, the arm returns to its initial position, ready for the next operation.

  • Stacking Position Correction: Sensors monitor each layer’s position and status during stacking to ensure stability and neatness.
  • Placement Operation: The robotic arm places the product accurately in the stacking position, and sensors confirm the position to ensure correctness.
  1. Return to Initial Position
  • Prepare for Next Operation: After placing the product, the robotic arm returns to its initial position, ready to receive and stack the following product.
