Upper and lower spindle multi-blade structure

Synchronized power output: the upper and lower axes are equipped with independent motors and frequency converters (VK-J9420: 18.5 kW/axis). This can realize precise synchronization or differential speed control to avoid workpiece deflection in high-speed cutting.

Multi-blade layout: Each axis can carry up to 4-6 saw blades (Ø205 × Ø50 mm), which users can combine according to the output demand and board width. The layout supports one-time staged sawing, fixed-width sawing, panel sawing, and other processes.

PLC + touch screen intelligent control

One key to switching the process is the touch screen preset multi-group cutting program, quick call, PLC control feeding, and motor start-up sequence, which ensures the blade is in the cutting position before feeding.

Real-time monitoring and alarm: spindle speed, feeding speed, motor current at a glance, overload, jamming, or shutdown automatically, and implement safe shutdown.

Heavy-duty synchronized feeding system

Gear synchronized roller set: 15 cm wide imported rollers, with high-strength chain drive, smooth and jitter-free feeding.

Pneumatic pressing mechanism: a pair of cylinder pressing wheels at the front and rear, with adjustable pressure and stroke, to ensure the sheet is close to the rollers, preventing “teeth” or “pulling wire”.

High-precision Cutting and Positioning

Linear guide + ball screw: The positioning frame adopts a domestic/imported linear guide. Together with a TBI ball screw, the feeding positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05 mm.

By accurately calculating the “board thickness + kerf thickness” and then combining the fixed (F) and movable (M) saw blade arrangement, the maximum number of slats can be cut in one go, avoiding unthinkingly squeezing the boards or leaving large corners, and reducing scrap.

Quickly switch production specifications.
The standardized F/M combination and spacing formula eliminates the need for trial and error. Enter the target board width and maximum machine width, and you can quickly calculate the number and position of movable saw blades needed, dramatically improving order changeover efficiency.

Improve cutting consistency and precision.
Fixing the saw blades at both ends first and then using the movable saw blades for precise positioning ensures that the dimensional tolerance of each slot is consistent, the thickness and quality of the finished product are stable, and the secondary trimming process is minimized.

Simplify the operation, training, and management.
The F/M scheduling and material output formula is solidified into a standard operation process that novices can quickly start. This reduces training costs and human errors and improves the workshop’s overall operation efficiency.

Optimize production scheduling and costing.
Accurately predicts how many sheets will come out of each feed, which facilitates the formulation of production plans, scheduling orders, and control of material costs, and helps the management to control the production capacity and raw material consumption in real time.

The “Upper and Lower Shaft” refers to the fact that there are two spindles inside the saw – the upper shaft and the lower shaft, which are equipped with saw blades, respectively. This design allows the wood to be cut from both the top and bottom simultaneously, improving cutting stability, reducing backlash, and avoiding blade burn, especially for high-speed processing of thick, wet, or heavy wood.

Fixed Saw Blade (F): mounted on the spindle in an unchangeable position, suitable for continuous cutting of standard specification boards;
Movable Saw Blade (M): It can be moved according to demand, adjusting the distance through the quill or the knife sleeve. It flexibly matches the different widths of the wood, making it very suitable for personalized production or non-standard orders.

By installing multiple saw blades (with adjustable spacing) on the spindle, a large board is fed into the machine simultaneously and then sawed from various positions simultaneously, resulting in multiple boards. This eliminates the need for repeated feeding steps and dramatically improves efficiency.

Suitable for softwood, hardwood, logs, plywood, planed wood, and many other types of wood. The double-axis design is especially friendly to wet wood, not easy to jam wood, does not burn the knife, and is suitable for furniture boards, pallet boards, floor blanks, and other processing scenarios.
